LinkedIn is introducing "Premium All-in-One", a new suite of tools designed to support small businesses and sole traders in managing hiring, marketing, and sales activities. The platform aims to streamline operations by bringing these critical functions into a single dashboard, complete with recommendations and guidance to help users make informed decisions.
A centralized solution for SMBs
At the core of this offering is a dashboard that consolidates sales, marketing, and hiring activity in one place. This integrated approach provides users with built-in guidance and recommended next steps, making it easier for small business owners to navigate these areas effectively. According to LinkedIn, 74% of small and medium-sized business (SMB) owners believe that building their brand is essential for achieving their goals.
Features to boost outreach and visibility
The tool is making waves in sales prospecting by offering daily suggestions tailored to specific target criteria. LinkedIn reports that these suggestions have led to reply rates up to 60% higher during initial testing. Additionally, users can leverage LinkedIn's AI-powered writing assistant to personalize outreach messages and take advantage of InMail credits for more effective communication.
To further enhance visibility, Premium All-in-One includes credits for boosting posts to larger audiences. LinkedIn notes that small businesses using this tool have seen a 57% increase in followers and a 40% rise in profile views.
Developed with user feedback in mind
LinkedIn emphasized that this tool was developed in response to user demand. "The team also stressed that this isn't a tool designed aimlessly to plug a gap that never existed – users were asking for it, apparently", the company stated.
Pricing details for the subscription have not been disclosed, and the rollout is currently limited to certain users. A broader release is planned, though the specifics of its availability remain unclear.

Premium All-in-One reflects LinkedIn's ongoing focus on AI-powered tools. In late 2024, the company introduced an AI Hiring Assistant to help recruiters manage applicants. Additionally, LinkedIn is pursuing a long-term goal of verifying every user and business on its platform. The new offering sits between the existing Premium Business and Premium Company Page plans but includes unique features that distinguish it from these options. It is still unclear whether SMBs can combine multiple plans with this new tool.
